TRAINING REPORT: 

Warm-up (8 min)

  2. Deficit Hand Supported Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat: 10 reps/side @30X0 - rest 90 sec and back to 1 - BW

D) Pump Work (8-10 min): 2-3 sets

  1. DB Overhead Tricep Extension: 12-15 reps - directly into - 20/e

  2. Banded or Cable Tricep Pushdown: to failure - rest 90 sec and back to 1 - Blue band

Cooldown (5 min): 2 sets

  2. Pancake Stretch: 30 sec

TACTICAL NOTES: 

  1. Operational Shift: Morning Routine Optimization

    Current assessment reveals that the traditional 0500 morning workout protocol is suboptimal given present life parameters (family obligations, professional demands, operational tempo).

    New Protocol Implementation:

    • Morning hours now allocated to sauna/cold exposure therapy followed by deliberate recovery period
    • This approach delivers superior stress management and cognitive preparation for daily operations

    Workout Window Relocation:

    1. Primary Option: Midday training block of 1 hour
      • Strategic advantage: Creates natural operational pause, mental reset, and afternoon performance enhancement
    2. Secondary Option: Post-work training window
      • Backup protocol when midday execution isn't feasible

    Current Status: Testing phase in progress. Midday preference established due to tactical benefits of day segmentation and mental clarity reset.
